Ross Burnett, a principal of Sterling Warner, co-founded Burnett Haase Construction and Business Properties Group. The companies completed over $100 million in construction and over two million square feet of building. Ross was responsible for the development, leasing and management of over 500,000 square feet of retail and industrial space in Southern Nevada. Ross co-developed and continues to operate the 24 Seven Express convenience stores in the Las Vegas Valley.
Ross Burnett is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in the states of Nevada and California and holds a Masters Degree in IE/Construction Management. He holds current and past memberships in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association for Office and Industrial Parks (NAOIP), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Construction Financial Management Association (CMFA), and the Project Management Association (PMA).
